Gifted Ukrainian children will be given scholarships named after Petliura
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman instructed to establish state scholarships in honor of the centenary of the creation of the General Secretariat of the Ukrainian Central Rada.

He stated this during a ceremonial meeting of parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, according to Groysman’s instructions, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Justice and the National Academy of Sciences were instructed to work out a mechanism for issuing personalized scholarships to students of universities named after the ministers of the first government of the UPR.
“Namely - public management and administration - scholarship named after Vladimir Vinnychenko, philology, Ukrainian language and literature - scholarship named after Sergei Efremov, finance, banking and insurance - scholarship named after Christopher Baranovsky, economics - scholarship named after Boris Martos, state security - scholarship named after Seeds of Petliura, law - scholarship named after Valentin Sadovsky, history and archeology - scholarship named after Pavel Khristyuk, as well as in the specialties of the fields: education, pedagogy, culture, art - scholarship named after Ivan Steshenko, agricultural sciences and food - Nikolai Stasyuk,” says the message from the Cabinet of Ministers.
