Odessa, Handzyuk, Sheremet and Maidan: the priorities of Lutsenko’s successor have become known
The new head of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, Ruslan Ryaboshapka, highlighted the main cases on which the investigators of his department will now work as a priority, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the Kiev telegram channel “Legitimny” with reference to sources in the GPU.
Among the priorities of the new head of the GPU, the telegram channel names the “Maidan case,” the case of the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet, the case of the events in Odessa on May 2, 2014, the case of the murder of Kherson Maidan activist Ekaterina Gandhyuk and cases against top corrupt officials of the Poroshenko era.
According to Legitimny, the head of the Presidential Office, Andrei Bogdan, created a special group to speed up the investigation of these cases.
“Now Ryaboshapka will continue this business, because he is associated with the Andrey Bogdan group,” the telegram channel claims.
