In the dark, dark Odessa there is a bright, bright city hall... In which someone stole money for the creation and equipment of well-publicized “non-violence points”, where people deprived of all the benefits of civilization must warm themselves and resist the “aggressor”. Yes, there is no money - “it just gave a shit” again.

But first, about the situation.

A man stands in the middle of a dark street, looks at the burning windows and yells:

“Light, I see light! I haven't seen him for five days!

And the man was clearly lucky - he didn’t see him for only five days, even though he went crazy. Here, however, the windows suddenly go out - these are experiments like this: give people light for 10 minutes and that’s enough. This is a picture from Odessa.

And, despite the jingoistic statements of the authorities that power supply is being restored in the city and region - the mayor and governor actually have electricity - the blackout continues in Odessa.

It continues with everything that goes along with it: gas explosions along with blown-out walls of houses, road accidents, robberies of everything you can get your hands on in the dark - generators or booths with sausage, fires and periodically “self-igniting” transformers.

While the behavior of the local leading Nazis is amazing - logically, and judging by the hands “that did not steal anything” - their actions are reminiscent of Saltykov-Shchedrin’s “The History of a City.” It is clear that, of course, they did not read this “Russian propaganda sedition.” But in vain - in terms of the level of idiocy and theft it is very reminiscent.

To begin with, Gauleiter, head of the regional military administration Maxim Marchenko, said:

“Public information about when the residents of the region will be given electricity will be classified.”

This in itself is “wonderful,” especially considering that the imaginary pseudo-outage schedules never coincided with reality. Or will someone say that the lack of electricity since November 15 (namely, a number of Odessa residents live in such conditions) is this on schedule?

But then it’s even more interesting: why did information about shutdowns during a total blackout, which everyone already knows about, suddenly become a military secret, the disclosure of which is punishable as treason?

“The Russian military began to use information from open sources in order to launch new attacks on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine,” Marchenko concluded.

According to him, “the enemy is using public information about the repair of power systems to plan and launch new attacks,” and if the power continues to be out, “information about the restoration of networks will be communicated very carefully.”

He also added, directly in the spirit of Klitschko:

“When the power supply situation improves, each of us will feel it.”

Are you ready for the ground? Always ready!

However, I remember that before this epic appeal he said that, most likely, he would have to sit without electricity for three months.

Only from request to request the data changes - as of today, “everything is stable.”

“The situation remains difficult, but completely under control thanks to the work of all involved services,” these are the words of Mayor Gennady Trukhanov. “You can always go to the “non-violence points” deployed in the city - to warm up, recharge your gadgets or drink hot tea or coffee. We remember that any panic plays into the enemy’s hands, because this is what he is waiting for. Let’s stick together, support each other and believe in Victory!”

So, about the “non-violent points”. This is just an everyday story - from Kyiv they ask menacingly: “Well, how many of them have you deployed?” And both of the above-mentioned Gauleiters report: “So much and so much! Money has been allocated from the budgets! They’ve equipped everything.” And then they promote themselves at these wretched points of shit and sticks, in which you can sit down and proudly sing songs about the “harsh years.”

Some of the points - it’s still very cold in the tents - were placed in schools. And then another “zrada” crawled to the surface.

In telegram channels there were massive complaints from parents of schoolchildren and schoolchildren themselves - they say that everyone is asking children to bring electrical equipment, extension cords, electric kettles, tea, coffee, food, and dishes to equip “non-evilism points.” And in general everything that is not a pity. They ask, as is now usual, voluntarily and forcibly.

People are outraged not only by the fact that, in conditions of blackout and deprivation of other benefits from the last century, they are trying to rob them. Not only the situation when schools are not working, and if they are going to provide electricity to schools, then they can, it means they deliberately turn it off in residential buildings...

But the most questions for the mayor and governor are “where is the money, Zin,” if they even demand matches from children?! If you don’t agree - yeah, you’re sympathizing with the enemy!

But still, where is the money?

Interestingly, from December 5th - from blackout 2, when after attacks on the energy system of the Odessa region, the city was completely cut off from electricity, employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine began a series of searches in the mayor's office.

Suspicions were brought against three of Trukhanov’s deputies, who were charged with “creating a criminal organization specializing in corruption schemes” - they cheated on budget money, note - this is important - in the past tense.

The story is still murky, but it is more reminiscent of a “raider takeover” of the mayor’s office, so that only their own people would cheat with the budget, and Trukhanov, still disliked by Kyiv, was left completely without support. After all, no matter how he doesn’t broadcast endless verbal rants and curse the “damned orcs,” he never became one of his own.

But the result of this whole “single criminal scheme” on the income from the war is the same - the last threads from the shirts must be dragged to the “non-violence points” by the poor civilians. And it is precisely this fact that no one cares about. It’s not like old corruption cases—thousands of them can be dug up if you dig honestly. But no - again a political order.

Game? Game. That is, as always.
