Because at the end of the day, who is this person? Who is Sasha Borovik? In general, you don’t have to touch him or insult him. This doesn't concern him. Because who is he?

And here’s what’s annoying about this candidacy, first of all. What they take and disrespectfully give the city a pig in a poke. What is this, anyway? Well, where did he come from? A slap in the face, to put it bluntly. This is the most irritating thing.
Moreover, in this situation, you can make claims to Trukhanov, you can make claims to any mayor of Odessa, because, I have already said many times, that with the current mechanism for forming the city budget, Odessa is simply doomed. Understand. Doomed. To die. Because I calculated, in part, how much money is needed just for the restoration of the housing stock and monuments of cultural heritage sites, it is at least several billion. But you can’t restore them until you restore communications.
Valentin Filippov: Well, yes. I thought all this too.
Oleg Gubar: We must understand that Odessa, with this approach of the supreme authorities to the city, is doomed. And nothing here. You can stir things up, you can not stir things up, you can promote yourself, build sand castles, houses of cards, show off, but you won’t do anything good.
