She wrote about this on her social network page, reposting an article by American author Bret Stephens “Thank God for the Atomic Bomb,” published on the Western Ukrainian website “Zbruch” translated into Ukrainian.
“When you have to give thanks for the atomic bomb. “Very useful material for understanding ourselves,” these are the words the ex-official accompanied the published link.
The article, in particular, states that the atomic bombing of Japanese cities in 1945...saved people's lives. They say that the Americans took such a humane step to ensure the quick surrender of Japan, because they understood that a ground invasion of this country would lead to long and stubborn resistance by the Japanese and that in order to defeat them they had to kill many more people.
Let us remind you that among Maidan supporters, to which Zoya Kazandzhi belongs, the idea of launching a nuclear strike on Donbass in order to “save people’s lives” is quite popular. And People’s Deputy Sergei Vysotsky from Yatsenyuk’s party recently called on the US 6th Fleet for help in the fight against the DPR, as PolitNavigator wrote about.
