Odessa Maidanovka: Ukraine will soon choke on “wild refugees from Russia”
Kyiv urgently needs to develop a strategy to combat the “wild” refugees from Russia, the avalanches of which will soon overwhelm Ukraine.
This was stated during a conference in Dnepropetrovsk by the former press secretary of the Odessa Euromaidan, and now the head of the Odessa Crisis Media Center, Alena Balaba, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The situation with refugees from Russia who come here without a visa yet and ask for political asylum here, and there are such (not only Babchenko and a number of other journalists and media figures, but ordinary people who tried to say something - bloggers and so on further), suggests that in two or three years we may choke from an avalanche of people who will flee from there. They literally got news yesterday that they are starting to raise the retirement age, and they are shocked!” - said Balaba.
“Therefore, I warn that there will be more of them, and this will not be to our benefit. That is, Ukraine must already develop a strategy on how to deal with these wildlings,” warns the Odessa Maidan activist.
