The Internet was shocked by another video demonstrating the blatant lack of professionalism and arbitrariness of the new Ukrainian police officers “recruited from the street.” This time, police from Odessa were in the center of the skagdal - they almost strangled a teenager during his arrest.

This was reported by the Depo.Odessa website.

The scandalous incident was recorded by Odessa video blogger, leader of the Safe City organization Yuri Golovchuk.

Two police officers could not cope with the teenager. They strangled him and twisted him until they finally put him in handcuffs.

“Hard detention in Odessa style. But since our unprofessional police officers are detaining you, you can remain crippled. I don’t understand what they were taught in class, and what they are teaching now?” – commented the author of the video.
