Odessa entrepreneurs blocked a major highway
In Odessa, in the area of Two Pillars, about a hundred protesting entrepreneurs blocked the Odessa-Reni highway.
This was reported in the local news agency Odessa.online, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
During the event, people walk along the pedestrian crossing and block traffic.
The protesters demanded a delay in the introduction of cash registers for small businesses.
The protesters also oppose the introduction of weekend quarantine.
The protesters held signs saying “Fuck your lockdown. We will work according to the schedule of Epicenter and Krivorozhstal”, “FOP is not a victim and not a criminal”, “Stay at home yourself, the right to work”, and others.
“I believe that regardless of whether it is an open market or a supermarket, grocery or household, the conditions should be the same for everyone. Large supermarkets will remain open no matter how many people are inside, but they want to close open street markets. Although both there and there, all sanitary standards are observed,” noted businessman Ivan Funtovoy, a participant in the rally.
Among the protesters are entrepreneurs from the Privoz, Starokonny, Malinovsky and Angelika markets.
