Odessa, May 22 (Navigator, Artemy Glazunov) – The House of Trade Unions, which became the epicenter of the May 2 massacre between supporters and opponents of European integration, will be closed for repairs.

The corresponding information was disseminated on her page on the social network Facebook by the Vice-Governor of the Odessa Region, Zoya Kazanzhi.
“The House of Trade Unions on Kulikovo Field is being closed for repairs. The governor met with relatives of the victims, they asked to stop excursions to the site of the tragedy. But such excursions have already begun in Odessa,” writes the official.
At the same time, according to Kazanzhi, the Kulikovo Field activists, who still gather here, were categorically against the closure of the House of Trade Unions.
“The entrance is in disrepair, the head of the Odessa trade unions says that the ceiling there will collapse. On Kulikovo Field this situation is not accepted. They want everything to remain as it is. I don’t think this is normal in relation to the dead,” the politician noted.
