According to him, after the occupation of Odessa by the Romanians, the city “lived for itself, did not bother, traded at Privoz, sang at the Opera House, studied at the University, read books published in Odessa after a long break, Gumilyov, for example.”

Odessa poet Boris Khersonsky apparently feels well under the Georgian occupation.

In turn, the local website “Timer”, which is sympathetic to Anti-Maidan and the Kulikovo Field, reminds its readers that only on October 17-25, 1941 in Odessa, the occupiers shot and burned alive 25-35 thousand people, mostly Jews, as well as prisoners of war, communists, Komsomol members , Soviet officials, members of their families and others. In general, during the occupation in Odessa, about 100 thousand people were killed, i.e. about 40% of the total number of residents of the city at the time of its surrender by the Red Army.
