Odessa, June 15 (Navigator, Artemy Glazunov) - The Odessa organization of the Right Sector party canceled the already rescheduled march of “memory” of the “Ukrainian patriots” killed on May 2 from the monument to Duke de Richelieu to Cathedral Square.

Instead, the radicals, together with the Odessa Euromaidan and other pro-Ukrainian organizations, held a mourning rally dedicated to the death of the Ukrainian military in the east of the country. According to the observations of a Navigator correspondent, no more than 300 people came to the rally.
It should be noted that an impressive number of law enforcement officers gathered at the scene. Several dozen police officers were even armed with firearms.
At the same time, as reported on the Right Sector pages on social networks, activists of the organization were afraid that “provocations” could be staged by Odessa blondes, who also wanted to hold their march at the same time in the same place.
“At almost the same time, certain organizations announced their march of “blondes.” The promotion time is one hour ahead of time. The route is the same. The planned provocation is males dressed as blondes,” said the Right Sector.
The blondes, however, subsequently also canceled their march, limiting themselves to a small photo session for journalists a kilometer away from the “Euromaidanites” and radicals. According to the official version, the blondes were asked not to hold the event due to the declared mourning.
