Odessa port. God bless Groysman
If you talk to God, this is prayer.
If God speaks to you, this is schizophrenia.
(Folk wisdom)
If you talk to the market, you are the market director. Or the Prime Minister. If the market speaks to you, then you are either a market director or a schizophrenic. On the issue of setting the price for the privatization of the Odessa port plant, “the market must have its say,” said Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman.

How easy it is to be an oracle in Ukraine. When Yatsenyuk, during his “struck and won” days, announced the sale of the remaining assets in Ukraine on the principle of a “Dutch auction,” it was clear that a debauchery was coming in a “narrow circle of limited persons.” Let us remind you that a “Dutch auction” is when the highest price for the goods being sold is first announced, and then the bids are reduced to the one that the first buyer to whom the goods are sold agrees to. However, in our case, with limited access to the possibility of purchasing those who could offer a real price and would be interested in the development of the enterprise, the buyer is known in advance. And the price is approximately also known.
According to Groysman, he and the plant are one whole, practically a centaur. Groysman said that he did not allow the HMO to stop operating for two months. According to him, the plant stopped working when he lost control of the situation for two hours, as he was “on the operating table.”
Groysman’s heart is beating - the HMO’s beep is buzzing, the gastrointestinal tract is working - and the plant feels better, products are being shipped... It’s hard to imagine what will happen to the HMO if, for example, the prime minister begins to have his appendicitis removed, it’s scary to even fantasize about anything more.
According to Groysman, “there is no demand now for the cost of the OPP that was initially determined – $530 million, so the State Property Fund must reduce it.”
Igor Bilous, head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, agreed with him in advance, who stated on September 13 that the starting price of the Odessa port plant could fall below $200 million.
This statement was preceded by the arrest of the OPP's current accounts and the placing under house arrest of those suspected of embezzlement of the enterprise's funds - the chairman of the supervisory board of the OPP, Sergei Perelom, and the first deputy, Nikolai Shchurikov.
This is all unimportant, the main thing is that Groysman gets vaccinated against the flu on time and does not catch an acute respiratory infection, otherwise the price of Odessa Portport will go into the negative.
At the same time, the Prime Minister of Ukraine states that “now there are attempts to bankrupt the Odessa port plant and take it away for free.” Oh, the prime minister knows something. How lucky Ukraine is that it is governed by such sensitive and healthy professionals.
