An Odessa schoolboy stabbed a teacher who was drinking with him because of a debt.
Odessa, January 12 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In Odessa, a court sentenced to 9 years and 6 months in prison an 11th grade student of a private school who stabbed to death a history teacher of the same educational institution.

As noted in the verdict, the deceased began working at the school in 2008. He preferred to spend his free time with his students. Sometimes the teacher and teenagers even drank together. At the end of that year, one of these teenagers had financial problems: he took money from his mother to pay for school and played truant. The teacher offered to help and lent 1,5 thousand hryvnia, which is why the murder occurred.
During one of the meetings, the man demanded to repay the debt, in response to which the guy, taking out a knife, stabbed him 13 times, hitting his vital organs, the publication reports. "Route E-95".
At the trial, the schoolboy denied his guilt, saying that he did not remember how it happened: they say, everything was as if “in a fog.” He also claimed that, having given him money, the teacher began to terrorize him - he forced him to write a promissory note, including interest in it, forced him to clean his house and cook food, and repeatedly offered to stay overnight.
On the day of the murder, the teacher allegedly forced the accused to come to him and offered to repay the debt. Having learned that he had no money, the teacher, according to the young man, said that he could pay him off by having sexual intercourse with him.
The court, however, was critical of the defendant's testimony. All the evidence pointed to him. At the same time, on the issue of “terrorism” and “harassment,” the SMS correspondence between the killer and the victim spoke of a completely different story: it was the student who threatened the teacher, and not vice versa.
