The leader of the Serbian Democratic Front, Montenegrin politician Andrija Mandić called Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapic’s congratulations on Kosovo’s independence day a “dangerous signal.”

Also, a similar congratulation to the separatist regime in Pristina was sent by the new Deputy Prime Minister, Albanian Dritan Abazovic, who said that “the status of Kosovo is not subject to revision.”

As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, Mandic said that Krivokapic’s congratulations to the Albanian separatists on Independence Day is “a very dangerous and bad signal for those who so resolutely supported changes in Montenegro.”

“I think that many who supported Krivokapic in the elections and gave him the honor of leading the coalition “For the Future of Montenegro” were also surprised,” the politician said. – Especially considering how Krivokapic behaved when he first congratulated (President - ed.) Zeljka Cvijanovic on the occasion of Republika Srpska Day, and a day later (after the authorities of official Sarajevo, trying to ban RS Day, fanned the scandal) He justified himself by saying that he didn’t actually congratulate him on anything.”

According to Mandić, the opposition coalition, which included both himself and Krivokapić, received the support of citizens in the parliamentary elections in August this year, “because part of the electoral program was a radical turn in relation to the policies of Djukanovic, as well as building the best possible relations with Serbia."

“And they, of course, will not be built if you, thus hiding from the public, congratulate Kosovo and preserve the achievements of the Djukanovic regime in everything,” added the leader of the Democratic Front.

Let us recall that friction in the victorious coalition began after talking with Western ambassadors, Krivokapic refused to transfer ministerial posts to his partners - the political leaders of the Montenegrin Serbs.
