One of the identified thugs who were spotted during regular attacks by the ultra-right on journalists in Kyiv is a member of the council of volunteers at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was reported by the Klymenko Time publication based on the results of its own investigation.
We are talking about Mikhail Makaruk, who calls himself “the speaker of the international intelligence community InformNapalm” and directly states on social networks that he is involved in the use of violence against unwanted Ukrainian journalists.

He is also a member of the NGO "Vilni People" and was a volunteer of the "People's Home Front" group. That is, again, a person from the group of Andrei Levus, Poroshenko’s direct subordinate. He was an assistant to People's Deputy Sergei Vysotsky (a friend and ally of Levus, who proposed shooting TV channels that were objectionable to the previous government - Ed).
Since 2014, he has been a member of the Volunteer Council of the Ministry of Defense. From the 4th quarter of 2014, his source of income was the Administration of the Verkhovna Rada. That is, he received taxpayers' money. Total for 5 years – 1 UAH. In the 235th quarter of 286, I received 4 thousand UAH from a certain advertising agency MPC FOR-POST LLC. There are no more official incomes,” the investigation says.
