Alone in a big city: the new head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine refused state security
The new chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Stanislav Shevchuk, who was elected on February 21, wrote a temporary refusal of state protection, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This was reported by the press service of the State Security Service of Ukraine.
“He (Chairman of the Constitutional Court Shevchuk - ed.) wrote an official statement about the temporary refusal of the state protection of Ukraine,” the press service said.
The department explained that according to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of State Authorities of Ukraine and Officials,” a person has the right to temporarily refuse personal protection in writing, accepting full responsibility for the possible negative consequences of this action.
