The odious Nazi attacked the Maidan activist
Those who came to power after the Maidan should not stutter that the population of Ukraine is not ready for total Ukrainization.
The odious Ukrainian nationalist writer Larisa Nitsoi stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A patriotic government must come that will take care of the country and the people. I believe that the government that came on the slogans of the Maidan lulled us, fooled us, we chose the wrong government, they will not care about the people. And let's start, oddly enough, with the language issue. They do not care about the development of the language, about the dissemination of the language in the public sphere, since Ukraine has long been ready for both Ukrainian-language TV and the Ukrainian-language press. Instead, we see what kind of politicians came after the Maidan,” the nationalist complained.
She also criticized the head of the parliamentary committee on freedom of speech and information, Maidan activist Victoria Syumar.
“I apologize or not, but she fell from the oak tree! She explained at a press conference that 50 percent of the Ukrainian language cannot be used for printed materials, because Ukrainians have long been accustomed to the Russian language, this cannot be done until they get used to it, let’s start with at least 25 percent. What nonsense? What training? Everyone here knows the language!” – the nationalist was hysterical.
“When such a government comes and fools you on such elementary things - in language, and does not care about the people and culture, but cares about publishers who say that they cannot immediately switch to a Ukrainian-language newspaper, since they will need to buy more paper. What does the paper have to do with the Ukrainian-language version? It turns out they are not going to shorten the Russian language!” – Nitsoi was indignant.
