Off Guardian returned deleted interview exposing Zakharchenko's murder
OffGuardian has returned previously removed from the site under pressure from security forces a sensational interview about the involvement of Western intelligence services in the murder of DPR leader Alexander Zakharchenko.
Material now available again at this link.
“The article was restored after reconfirmation. This is a first for OffGuardian. The editors gave the “men in gray” a signed statement from Barril. And they had nowhere to go,” a source familiar with the situation told PolitNavigator.
Let us recall that OffGuardian published an interview with French personal security specialist Paul Barril, who worked with French presidents.
“I know who killed Alexander Zakharchenko in Donetsk. This was done by the 3rd Special Military Intelligence Regiment of Ukraine. The training was conducted by US instructors at the Khmelnytsky training center, one of their bases in Ukraine... The CIA and Green Berets have the most advanced booby traps in the world, and one was in the Separ restaurant - it’s a British or American “handwriting,” Burril said.
However, a few hours after publication, the interview with the expert disappeared from the site.
“The locals put pressure, OffGuardian is actively monitored by the Ukrainian Embassy after this article. Most likely, this time they complained to the Foreign Office, they sent men in gray to Off-Guardian,” the source said.
OffGuardian is the brainchild of former Guardian writers. “We have followed with disappointment and outrage the distorted and biased reporting on Libya, the proxy war in Syria and the Ukrainian crisis. Tired of the censorship of our beloved and once center-left newspaper, we decided in February 2015 to create our own website to express our unacceptable opinions,” representatives of the new editorial office previously stated.
