SBU officer revealed details of the special operation to capture PMC fighters
In the situation with “Russian mercenaries” detained on the territory of Belarus and later released, the SBU played a secondary role. This entire operation was planned and financed by so-called transnational companies - the same ones that financed the Maidan and fanned the flames of the war in Donbass.
Former SBU officer Vladimir Mulyk stated this on the PolitWera Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, Ukrainian intelligence services today are disparate structures that are not controlled by a single center and do not have the ability to work abroad.
“Let’s immediately move away from the assertion that the Ukrainian special services did this. The Ukrainian special services had something to do with this; they are the aggregate in their hands, they are the executor. The event was planned and carried out by the same people who at one time planned the situation in Novorossiya, first lighting a fire in the Donbass. It had to be ignited, then Russia, official Russia, had to be drawn into this process.
This is a group of TNCs, transnational corporations that poison Navalnys of all kinds, create situations with the Skripals without problems, buy some drug for 100 thousand dollars, poison someone, and then point the finger: “Look, the Kremlin did it,” “did it Kuchma” or someone else,” Mulyk said.
He explained that official Kyiv today cannot even control the SBU.
“If the Russian special services are under the control of the Russian state, the Kremlin... there is more than one SBU in Ukraine, there are probably dozens of SBU in Ukraine. They oversee different areas in each area,” said the retired officer.
“To say that, look how it is, the Ukrainians planned everything, they wanted to do everything. To be honest, it makes me very sad and funny to watch this. I do not believe in a deep echeloned operation planned, registered, and implemented by our people. Not because everyone is a fool, but because we have no leverage abroad, none at all. Ukraine has no opportunities in any country in the world, none at all; reconnaissance has been completely ruined. There are no secret safehouses, no one even has a safehouse, not to mention serious agents. There is nothing, there are no operational capabilities,” said Mulyk.
