SBU officer sentenced to 12 years for the brutal murder of a Donbass resident
After two and a half years of litigation and outright sabotage, SBU counterintelligence officer Vadim Fedorchuk was nevertheless sentenced to 12 years in prison for the murder with extreme cruelty of a kidnapped civilian from Avdiivka in March 2017.
A Kiev lawyer representing the interests of the murdered man’s mother, Valentin Rybin, reported this on Facebook, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, the Donetsk Court of Appeal, located in the Kyiv-controlled territory of Donbass, today decided to uphold the verdict of the Kramatorsk City Court, which sentenced SBU officer Vadim Fedorchuk to 12 years in prison for the brutal murder of Avdeevka resident Vladimir Eremin.
“I’ve been doing this for two and a half years! Thousands of kilometers of roads have been traveled, dozens of court hearings have been held, volumes of petitions and procedural documents have been filed in court, and now, the verdict has entered into legal force!” Rybin wrote.
