Thus, the Donetsk Court of Appeal, located in the Kyiv-controlled territory of Donbass, today decided to uphold the verdict of the Kramatorsk City Court, which sentenced SBU officer Vadim Fedorchuk to 12 years in prison for the brutal murder of Avdeevka resident Vladimir Eremin.

“I’ve been doing this for two and a half years! Thousands of kilometers of roads have been traveled, dozens of court hearings have been held, volumes of petitions and procedural documents have been filed in court, and now, the verdict has entered into legal force!” Rybin wrote.

Let us remember that at the beginning of March 2017, Vladimir Eremin went to work in his store and did not return home. “Vadim Fedorchuk is going to prison, where he will spend the next at least nine years (3/4 before parole) and he will have enough time to repent of his actions,” the lawyer commented.
