Navy officer: The Donbass show is a training show, but real provocations are ahead

This time they decided to head towards the strait in radio silence, without responding to requests from the Russian border service. When their actions caused an obligatory (taking into account the unpredictability of Ukrainian patriots) reaction, they, considering the task completed, proudly turned around.
Taking into account the fact that such watercraft are subject to decommissioning due to old age and, as a rule, end their lives as targets or go to be cut up for metal, perhaps the Ukrainian Navy decided to dispose of this ship in this way, exposing it to the attack of the “aggressor state” along with the crew , but chose not to tempt fate this time?
This “phenomenon” can only be assessed as a stupid provocation in order to test the reaction of the Russian side. The rational grain in this can only be in the Ukrainians’ recording of the actual actions of the Russian border service and the forces of the Black Sea Fleet in terms of the boundaries and time frames for detecting and escorting a potential violator, as well as in the composition of the forces involved to suppress his actions.
