This opinion was expressed in a commentary to PolitNavigator by a military expert from the Officers of Russia organization, Captain XNUMXst Rank Vasily Dandykin.
“This is already a constant topic, they declared that they would constantly be in one way or another, taking into account the 21 days of their stay in the Black Sea. In order to support Ukraine in the fight against Russia, this is their theme now. This is also connected with Nord Stream 2, they are going to impose sanctions, this is also heard from the opposition - now from the Republicans, who demand even stronger sanctions against our country. So this is a long-term trend, in my opinion, and a decline in this activity cannot be expected,” our interlocutor said.
“To some extent, this is pushing Ukraine towards more decisive actions in the Donetsk direction and belligerent rhetoric. Now there is even information that martial law is going enter. This is not the first time that the United States has pushed its satellites. Let me remind you that they pushed Georgia to the 2008 war, to more decisive actions against Russia. This is the US policy, which is supported by Brussels and NATO. And you can feel it. They create tension around Crimea, the Sea of Azov and Donbass,” Dandykin said.
