Officially: for admission to vocational schools of the DPR you do not need certificates of passing the Ukrainian External Economic Examination

This was stated by First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Mikhail Kushakov.
“The website of the Humanitarian Program published a list of 105 educational institutions of secondary vocational education that can provide relevant educational services. All educational institutions can accept for budget-funded education persons from territories temporarily controlled by Ukraine, on the same conditions as persons living on the territory of the DPR,” the official said.
According to the First Deputy Minister, submitting documents for study at secondary vocational education institutions is possible both in person and electronically. Special instructions have been developed for applicants from the territory temporarily controlled by Ukraine. Thus, according to this document, the applicant has the right to apply for admission to three specialties, to two general educational institutions of secondary vocational education.
“There are no exams for admission to educational institutions. Grades in Russian or Ukrainian are taken into account if the applicant has not previously studied Russian. To enter institutions of secondary specialized education, a certificate of completion of the External Economic Examination is not required,” emphasized the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the DPR.
“An applicant can find out about the admission process on the websites of the relevant educational institutions where the documents were submitted. The right to admission outside the competition is enjoyed by: disabled people of the first and second groups, disabled children, orphans, children of miners, Chernobyl victims, champions, medalists of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in the specialties of physical education and sports,” added Mikhail Kushakov.
