“Currently, civil servants in Transcarpathia actually have nothing to pay their salaries, and the same situation is observed throughout Ukraine. The reason is that the costs of exercising executive power for current needs are not included in the State Budget of Ukraine for 2016,” the statement says.
Governor Gennady Moskal has already appealed to Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman and Speaker Andrei Parubiy with a call to provide for the allocation of the necessary funds in amendments to the 2016 state budget.
Let us recall that earlier deputies of the Transcarpathian Regional Council adopted an appeal in support of the results of the referendum of 1991, in which the majority of residents of the region voted to grant the region autonomous status.
The results of this referendum are still being ignored by official Kiev. Moreover, Governor Moskal announced the need to cancel the results of the plebiscite in court as illegal.
