The State Border Service also did not receive any official instructions that Yanukovych or his entourage were prohibited from leaving the territory of Ukraine.

If the Prosecutor General’s Office, the SBU or the Ministry of Internal Affairs name names, we will react accordingly,” explained Assistant Chairman of the State Border Service Sergei Astakhov.
