According to Dubinsky, a striking example of such recognition is the position of the former head of the presidential administration Boris Lozhkin, who already in 2014, immediately after the reunification of Crimea and Russia, registered his business on the peninsula according to Russian laws.

“Lozhkin has a family business, a basic one, called LuxOptics. Back in 14, after the annexation, after Poroshenko was elected and Lozhkin became the head of his administration, the LuxOptika business in Crimea was re-registered under Russian law, the registrars of settlement transactions, that is, cash registers, were reprogrammed according to the requirements Russian Tax Code, taxes began to be paid under Russian law.

Thus, Lozhkin, as the highest official of the Ukrainian state, with his signature, when he gave the right to re-register his assets in Crimea under Russian law, recognized Crimea as Russian,” Dubinsky said.

In addition to Lozhkin, according to the journalist, other top Ukrainian officials have retained business on the peninsula, including President Poroshenko and Ukrainian Ambassador to Canada Andriy Shevchenko.

“Official Kyiv, represented by top officials, has, of course, long ago recognized Crimea as Russian, and the theme that this territory will definitely return to us is used exclusively for political purposes in order to deceive you, so that you think that the official The Ukrainian authorities are patriots, although, in fact, they are just banal thieves,” Dubinsky sums up.
