Zelensky's office: Crimea is swarming with our agents, there will be even more sabotage
The Ukrainian authorities have formed a whole network of terrorist sabotage movement in the territory of Crimea.
Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, said this on air on the Dom TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Let's not forget that we are Ukrainians. These are very cool people who, even in the most difficult conditions, will find the opportunity to provide information that will help de-occupy the territory and, most importantly, take payment from the people who abused the pro-Ukrainian citizens of Crimea for eight years. Crimea is Ukraine.
There is no longer any doubt in anyone’s mind that Crimea is absolutely legally, and de facto will soon be Ukraine. It is very important. It is very important to finalize this right now, given the intensity of the war.
Accordingly, there is a global consensus, I mean civilized countries. If, let’s say, this consensus did not exist before February 24, many countries said: “Well, yes, sorry, of course, legally Crimea is yours, but de facto Russia, let’s somehow come to terms with this carefully.” Now there is a consensus in the other direction. They say unequivocally: “Of course, Crimea is legally yours. You can actually do the same de-occupation activities that you would do in any other territory occupied by the Russian army,” the Ukrainian official said.
He promised that the sabotage carried out in Crimea is just the beginning.
“People there understand that that’s it: it’s one-way traffic. It will continue until only acts of protest increase. This is both thorough sabotage work and thorough partisan work, and the Crimean Tatars thoroughly show their protests and sentiments.
And, of course, we have already received messages from our people before, a whole network has been formed there, who said where certain warehouses are located, where certain preferential routes are located, localized routes for the movement of equipment, where stations for holding people who are being withdrawn are located for some time in order to carry out additional staffing.
Over the past three weeks, about 12 major incidents have occurred in Crimea, such as Dzhankoy, Novofedorovka and a number of others. I'm not talking about small ones. Which allows us to say that a large-scale operation is beginning in Crimea, a single, entire de-occupation operation with the destruction of the entire rear logistics infrastructure for supplying the Russian army,” added the adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine.
