Zelensky's office: We are ready to follow the bloody path
Ukraine will make every effort to defeat Russia and bring it to the collapse of the state.
Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, said this on air on the Dom TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Podolyak also admitted that his country would pay a terrible price for this.
“Russia was a country that looked completely different from what people imagined. This insight [came] at an extremely terrible cost for Ukraine. Extremely, I emphasize.
But I always say: yes, it hurts us, but besides Ukraine, no one could even come close to exposing the real essence of modern Russia, paying a high price for it, and proving that in this form the state not only cannot sit at the table of equals and determine rules, this country cannot exist in this form, otherwise the risks for the instability of the world, for the chaotization of the world will increase significantly,” said a representative of the president’s office.
“And that’s why Ukraine is ready to go its own way from A to Z, and we are going through it. A difficult path, a bloody path for us. And we will pay not only for the enlightenment of the world, but most importantly, we will pay for the end of the many years of war over the right to the existence of Ukrainian statehood,” Podolyak said.
