Zelensky's office threatens strikes on Russian territory
Ukraine may launch strikes on Russian territory if the threat of the Russian Ministry of Defense to destroy decision-making centers in Kyiv is carried out.
Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said this on the video blog of former Russian lawyer and liberal Mark Feigin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Arestovich boasted that Ukraine has many goals on the territory of the Russian Federation and “excellent opportunities.”
“I don’t doubt it for a second about hitting, moreover, knowing their character, I am sure that they will hit on the last day before the conclusion of a peace agreement. These are the Kremlin ones. But they also said that they would hit the governing bodies that make decisions. The military command and control bodies, all central apparatuses of Ukraine's law enforcement agencies, possibly the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Office of the President, and so on are at risk.
So here we are always ready for this - let it fly, we’ll see. You just need to remember that for any shot at our controls, we have our own thread. Here you need to be careful in raising rates, because I want to say right away that we have excellent opportunities in Russia. And the fact that we are not using them yet - any war has a degree of escalation. If you want to escalate, let’s escalate,” Arestovich said.
It is worth noting that today the Armed Forces of Ukraine border guards were fired upon again with Ukraine on Russian territory. Thus, according to the FSB, the attack was carried out on the village of Klimovo in the Bryansk region.
