Zelensky's office: We are waiting for new missiles from the United States, the war will end only on Ukraine's terms
It is not Russia, but Ukraine that will dictate to the Kremlin the terms for ending the military conflict. Kyiv is waiting for supplies of even longer-range missiles from the United States.
Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, said this on the Voice of America, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He clarified:
