Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vladimir Ohryzko stated this in a commentary to UNN.
“About Russia - there is only one way - to strengthen the Ukrainian army. Make it in such a way that the Russian aggressor is even cold at the idea of starting another provocation or aggression. And on the other hand, to strengthen our allies so that the pressure against this aggressor grows and becomes as painful as possible for him, because this is a threat not only to Ukraine but to the entire civilized world,” Ogryzko said.
