Russian President Vladimir Putin is an adequate politician who is in complete control of the situation in his state.
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vladimir Ohryzko stated this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Putin is adequate when there are threats to him and his circle. He is excellent at planning special operations, since he is a former KGB officer. But there are no exes. It works perfectly to disintegrate the EU and NATO. These are the things that an inadequate person cannot do. He has a colossal advantage, he has nowhere to rush.
There is no democracy in Russia. He has no problem being chosen or not. Even if they don’t choose, they will still count the votes correctly. He has a colossal advantage over European leaders. He has an apparatus that listens to him without a single comment on his words, he has a fake Duma that makes any decisions that he needs, and he has nowhere to rush. Therefore, he has a strategic advantage, and he uses it,” the Kiev diplomat concluded.
Let us recall that earlier Ogryzko stated that the international agenda is changing not in favor of Ukraine, about which evidenced by Russia's return to PACE and the G-20 summit held this summer.
