The Kyiv authorities need to create their own missile systems in order to scare Russia and discourage it from “attacking” Ukraine.

“If our political leadership begins to think strategically and moves from defensive to offensive tactics, if in the coming years we develop several missile systems that will fly up to one thousand kilometers, then believe me, this is a very serious cold shower on the head of some Moscow strategists who think to reach Odessa or Kiev,” Ogryzko is sure.
