After the ban on the use of Russian Internet services was introduced, millions of Ukrainians became “subscribers” of the USA, the Netherlands and Germany using VPN services. Verkhovna Rada deputy Evgeniy Muraev stated this on TV channel 112.

According to him, despite the ban, Ukrainians continue to use prohibited services.
