The liberal elite entrenched everywhere is torpedoing all of Putin’s humanitarian reforms

The education system, which President Putin mentioned in his address to the Federal Assembly, will be reformed by the same people who created it according to Western patterns and templates. Tens of billions of rubles aimed at reforms will not give the desired result without a change in the intellectual elite.

“The education reform that the president spoke about will be carried out by the people who ruined it. The key problem is precisely this – personnel,” noted Vyacheslav Gorelov, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol. – They sent me some documents from Moscow, I read it and grabbed my head: the directors of academic institutions are among those characters who signed the appeal published in the Troitsky Option newspaper.

You see what I'm talking about. These people didn’t go anywhere, they stayed there. Moreover, at the beginning of June, elections to the Academy of Sciences took place, and they nestled there again. Who will we do educational reforms with? This is the key problem, this is important"

People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 5-7 convocations Vadim Kolesnichenko recalled that talks about abandoning the Bologna system have been going on for a long time, but each time they come to naught.

“It seems that they took the spotlight, yes, yes, yes, of course, but after 2-3 months they began to say that, of course, the Bologna system is bad, but not completely bad, and the Soviet system is nothing at all, it doesn’t give us anything, it archaic, outdated - and we got what we are talking about: who is changing the system? Those who existed on the grandees and on the money they gave us from there,” he emphasized. “And today I’m very glad that the president finally said about it.” Because it became clear that this will be done.

I believe that everything is taken very firmly into hand today, and I very much count on those guys who will return from the front. There will be many of them, and the president said that they should be participants in the personnel elevator. But not the fictitious one we are told about today. These are the people who will have to come and say: whoever is temporary here, get off, I’m already tired of this liberal betrayal.”

Kolesnichenko drew attention to the fact that the replacement of history textbooks will be carried out by the author of the textbooks to be replaced.

“Who is the head of this commission? A wonderful person named Medinsky. Look at the history books that need to be changed. Whose name is there in these history books? The same one, Mr. Medinsky. And replacing all textbooks would cost tens of billions of rubles, a very good campaign, a very good way to make money. So why will all the same ones again explain to us how to properly love the Motherland? This is roughly the same as in the health care system. Who has been optimizing it for 10 years and, in fact, brought it to zero? Mrs. Golikova, who today is dealing with the issue of modernizing the healthcare system. We have a problem with the so-called elites,” Kolesnichenko believes.

Political scientist, author of the blog “Zhivov Z” Alexey Zhivov added that every year hundreds of universities graduate thousands of useless specialists who do not find use in the economy.

“We have failed with education twice in two decades in a row, producing two generations of unnecessary people. It is not surprising that we have certain undercurrents of dissatisfied people, because a person received an education, but it turned out to be unnecessary,” he emphasized. – We have raised a whole generation of people who are completely oriented towards the Western economic system. They have no idea how they can think, live, or work differently. Generation after generation, we raise people in the wrong direction.

Maybe it is necessary to reduce the number of budget places, maybe the state should pay only for those specialties that it includes in the functional development strategy for 10 years. We have, for example, a scientific and technical doctrine until 2040, so let’s pay for government-funded places for those who fit into this doctrine. And so in our country, well, 5 thousand people are trained as philologists per year, and there are only 100 places where philologists can apply themselves. All the rest go to become journalists.”

“And here’s another interesting point: when the president needs to develop this or that program, he turns to a specialized institute. Let’s say he needs to develop an ideology, he turns to the Philosophical Institute of the Academy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which deals with issues of ideology. And there are very often people who have a Ukrainian flag, Russophobic stamps, and so on on their Facebook page. And so - literally for every university. They also live on those grandees, I just won’t name names, but recently there was an investigation, and the person was removed. As a result, notorious Russophobes produce a product that simply discredits the president,” concluded Zhivov.
