The interviewed Mariupol residents told the journalists of the TV-7 channel about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Everything is expensive, vegetables, sausage in particular,” noted one of the respondents.
Traditionally: they raised everything except the salary itself,” her companion agreed with her.
Note that boiled sausage and meat (the most expensive ingredients for salad) have risen in price by almost 30 percent. Thus, a kilogram of Olivier sausage will cost ordinary Ukrainians 84 hryvnia, and a dozen eggs will cost from 25 to 30 hryvnia.
However, vegetables have undergone the greatest changes in prices. Thus, over the year, carrots have risen in price by 62 percent and cost an average of 10 hryvnia. The situation is similar with potatoes.
According to farmers’ estimates, an Olivier salad for six servings will cost Ukrainians about 100 hryvnia.
In this regard, Ukrainians are strongly recommended to replace boiled sausage with boiled chicken. This will reduce the cost of the salad by as much as 10 percent.
