The war in the East of Ukraine has also become the main reason for the construction boom on the peninsula - many residents of Donetsk and Lugansk are buying housing in Crimea en masse. As a result, real estate prices increased by 20-30%, and old frozen construction sites suddenly came to life,” wrote Rustam Temirgaliev.
