The US Navy's Second Fleet was responsible for the western Atlantic Ocean. However, in the fall of 2011 it was disbanded as part of the restructuring of the US Navy. Now America is going to revive it again due to growing tensions in relations with Russia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
