This opinion was expressed by Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev on the Rossiya 24 TV channel. He noted that the last time the activation of the Ukrainian security forces was recorded shortly after the visit of the head of the CIA to Kyiv.
“Last time there was an anti-terrorist operation involving the army. Now, after Biden’s visit, blood has been shed again, at least 5 people have died, a large number of wounded... What the Kiev government is doing is clearly a war crime that has no statute of limitations,” the deputy said.
