Militias attack Ukrainian military checkpoints deep in the rear

As the press center of the operational command “North” reported, fire was carried out at checkpoints in the areas of the settlements of Kashtanovoe, Nizhneye, Zolotoye, Khoroshoe, and Smeloye.
Also during the day, a military clash between an assault detachment and militias was recorded in the area of a checkpoint of the National Guard of Ukraine.
“The sector’s artillery carried out fire missions to counter fire damage to the positions of subordinate troops of the operational command “North,” the message says. It is also noted that during the fighting one soldier was killed and 5 were injured. “The losses of weapons and equipment are being clarified, preliminary T-64 – 1 unit, URAL4320 – 1 unit,” the headquarters noted.
