The National Security and Defense Council claims that all attacks were repulsed, but one soldier was killed and there were wounded.
According to the speaker of the Information and Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council Andrey Lysenko, the Ukrainian military occupied three settlements - Zakotnoye, Stary Karavan and Brus: within 120 hours, anti-terrorist operation forces carried out targeted attacks on XNUMX previously explored targets.
“The terrorist camp has been completely destroyed, the loss of manpower, according to operational information, is in the hundreds,” the National Security and Defense Council said.
Let us note that earlier information about the destruction of the camp, as well as the establishment of control of the Ukrainian security forces over Zakotny, was denied by the militia.
The National Security and Defense Council also reported that at night the military repelled an attack on a military unit located near the village of Melovoe, Lugansk region.
“In particular, fire was fired at our unit from no less than 2 mortars, and in a short time more than 50 shots were fired towards our servicemen. At the same time, three mines fell onto the territory without exploding, and military sappers are now working with them. There were no killed or wounded on the part of Ukrainian soldiers,” the National Security and Defense Council stated.
In addition, over the past 19 hours, 3 attacks were carried out on vehicle convoys, checkpoints and positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Porechye, Krivaya Luka, Dyakovo, Svatovo, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Melovoe. In total, 10 soldiers were killed and XNUMX people were injured as a result of the attacks.
The National Security and Defense Council claims that an “evacuation process” has begun from the building of the Donetsk Regional State Administration in order to “remove all accumulated financial resources and available weapons from the city.”
