He will appear in Kyiv, he will appear in Lvov, it will be a terrible thing. “I advise politicians to sit down at the negotiating table and agree on an end to the bloodshed,” he said.
Solovyov believes that an attempt by Ukrainian troops to invade Crimea is unlikely.
“This will be a mistake by the Ukrainian authorities. They are trying to drag Russia into an armed conflict. Nothing like this will happen. Crimeans know that they are protected by the Russian army and the Black Sea Fleet. This is our territory, this is our land. Every person is ready to take the gun. We are attentive; laws have been adopted regarding the presence of children on the streets at certain times; there are patrols in the city that protect our peace.
Speaking about the shelling of the Russian border territory: if planes take off from there or missiles fly, then they will be hit. There is a possibility that sabotage activities will unfold in the Russian border regions - Rostov and other regions, under the guise of refugees. Sabotage groups may infiltrate.
