The social activist noted that due to bureaucratic delays on which the Ministry of Defense is speculating, soldiers who are on the front line do not receive support on time.
“Our friends at a private enterprise in Nikolaev receive calls from the DPR and start ordering mattresses. It's very scary! And how can we convey to the same Ministry of Defense that it would be better if these people worked for our defense industry, it would be better if they were given orders. They, of course, did not accept this order. This is very scary, but they (DPR - editor's note) have money, and they work much faster than our officials.
