Kyiv, September 07 (PolitNavigator, Yuriy Kovalchuk) – Donbass militias are gradually forcing official Kyiv to listen to their demands, said Anatoly Sobchak Foundation expert Sergei Stankevich on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.

“To understand what will happen next, you need to understand Poroshenko’s motivation. Understand who he is. It seems to me that he had a chance to become president of the world from the very beginning. He made a different choice. But why? In my opinion, this was a tactical choice to first unleash the aggression of the war. So that all those eager for death can fight to their heart's content. So that no one from the “war party” could then shout “we were stopped, we were not allowed to win.
The strongest foundation for building peace is an obvious power dead end. This is exactly what Ukraine is experiencing. This, of course, is not the world from which the president’s career should begin, this world will involve a lot of blood, but this world is better than the specter of a big winter war, which is already nearby,” says Stankevich.
The politician also thanked the militias of Novorossiya.
“Thank you very much for this peace to the militias who died under the Grads when they were reduced in number, but at the cost of their lives in these trenches they defended their right to be heard, to be recognized as a subject of negotiations,” Sergei Stankevich is sure.
