A militiaman spoke about torture in Ukrainian captivity
The Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Right Sector have long been recognized as particularly cruel militants who are not shy about any methods of torture, even the most terrible and inhumane ones. Thus, hitting all parts of the body with machine gun butts, electric shocks and putting cartridges in the ears is quite normal practice.
DPR Armed Forces serviceman Alexey, who was in Ukrainian captivity, told a PolitNavigator correspondent about this.

“Our platoon had a task: to dig in, conduct observation, cross the beam and take up defense.
We arrived there, the commanders set up posts, and began duty. Everything was fine. I was on duty from eleven in the evening until one in the morning. During this interval, our squad came to us - the lieutenant, the company commander. I repeat: everything was fine.
They relieved me at one o'clock in the morning. Then, out of the blue, around two o’clock in the morning, two bursts of fire were heard. I raise my head and two colleagues fall next to me. I don’t understand how they got in, we were all in the forest belt. They came in from three sides and almost immediately (in half a minute) “packed” us,” says one released from captivity.
The captured militias were met by the Right Sector, which began to torture the military personnel.
The Right Sector “received” us with bags on our heads, and said “hello” to the high command. Then they took us somewhere, began to torture us with electric shocks, asked about our profession... By the way, I am an “RPG guy”, for this they put cartridges in my ears. They hit us with rifle butts, hitting anything. I wasn’t specifically tortured with electric shock, but my colleagues got it specifically.”
Alexey said that in their group there were two “RPG guys”: he and a certain Zyomin.
“The first question we were asked was: “What profession?”, He answered: “RPG specialist.” They immediately started putting cartridges in his ears. When it was my turn, I lied and said it was a shooter. They hit me a couple of times, and that’s it,” said Alexey.
