“Judging by the situation that has developed over the past XNUMX hours, “the process has begun.” The number of hot spots and the range of weapons used have expanded significantly. Today there were rumors that ours were ordered to either stand still or even retreat from captured positions (like the “truce” must be respected). This is wrong. According to my information, the Center gave the go-ahead for further advance, primarily near Donetsk (Marinka, Krasnogorovka, Avdeevka).
The situation is moderately favorable for us. Moderately - because during the truce the Ukrainians have strengthened themselves well and amassed a large number of armored vehicles, it will not be easy to break through. Favorable - because we, too, did not sit idle, and because the Center is working (today eyewitnesses noted the activation of “voentorg” on the border and in the territory).
The enemy's DRGs have seriously intensified. Yesterday two pickup trucks with three mortars drove into Debaltseve, five people worked. They fired about 20 shells into the city (there were several wounded civilians). Not leaving the city, the militia killed the saboteurs, and the vehicles managed to escape. Activation of the DRG is one of the signs of the resumption of large-scale databases.
The fighting in Marinka continues, Gvozdiki, Peonies, tanks, etc. are working on our positions. They report from the field that the losses on that side are colossal, especially in the equipment that was on the first line. It’s too early to discuss the exact numbers of losses on both sides; they don’t even have time to collect the dead from the battlefield (official numbers, as always, are underestimated). The volume of enemy equipment being pulled together is significant; they are pulled along the entire front line; columns are measured in kilometers. First of all, they are pulled towards Donetsk, Gorlovka and Yasinovataya. The second line of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been raised to combat level.
Important clarification. When we say “Voentorg is working”, this does not mean that “the troops are sent.” This means that it helps with resources and provides insurance with vacationers. It is mainly the militia that fights.
