Most often, Kiev residents and residents of the region do not adhere to the rules. In some polling stations, ballot stuffing occurs; in others, people try to take them with them. For example, in Zaporozhye, voters tried to take their ballots with them. In the Donetsk region, the head and secretary of the precinct commission “stuffed” 10 ballots. In the Khmelnitsky region, observers recorded the issuance of ballots without presenting a document.

Such actions are an administrative offense in accordance with Article 212-10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses,” reports the Opora website.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as of 14:00, more than 161 reports of offenses had been received.
