The opposition bloc blames the Maidan activists: the agreement with the EU is blocked, markets are lost, the country is on the verge of disaster
In Ukraine, conditions are being created for a socio-economic catastrophe, and not a single one of the promises of the Maidan authorities has been fulfilled in two and a half years.

People's Deputy from the Opposition Bloc Yuriy Boyko spoke about this from the platform of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to him, in just over two years, industry in the country has fallen catastrophically, foreign markets have been lost and people’s living standards have declined.
“The new session begins at a time when economic, political and social problems have become even more acute in our society. The result of the work of the last two governments, formed by a parliamentary majority, was the decline of industry, the loss of foreign markets, and a decline in people's living standards. Conditions for a socio-economic catastrophe are being created in the country. Ukraine's position in the foreign policy arena has been significantly lost. None of the government's initiatives achieved their goal. The Association Agreement with the European Union is blocked, markets for products are lost, the situation with the provision of a visa-free regime is unclear, there are no loans from the IMF,” Boyko said.
He also emphasized the failures in Ukraine’s internal politics, the lack of a law enforcement system and the growth of crime:
“Law enforcement agencies are not able to cope with the crime situation and ensure the safety of citizens. You have seen the ineffectiveness of police reform, as well as high-profile crimes committed either with the participation of the police or with their complete inaction. Until now, no one has been brought to justice for the death of four National Guardsmen on August 31 last year from a grenade explosion under the walls of the Verkhovna Rada, and the investigation into the events in the Odessa House of Trade Unions on May 2, 2014 is being blocked. The same tragedy, if not for the professionalism of the firefighters, could have happened this Sunday during the attack and arson of the Inter TV channel,” the people’s deputy noted.
