“There is a civil war in Ukraine. And Russia is participating on one of the sides. Including technology and people. Troops of any country that are on the territory of Ukraine can only be aggressors. The answer is clear: yes, aggression,” Vilkul said on the “Black Mirror” talk show on the Inter TV channel.

Alexander Vilkul, ex-Deputy Prime Minister under Viktor Yanukovych, previously declared his friendship with the Night Wolves bike club and held a music festival in Dnepropetrovsk together with Russian motorcyclists.
