The Ukrainian border guard murderer acquitted yesterday wants to return to work in the border service
Ukrainian border guard-murderer Sergei Kolmogorov, who was yesterday overturned by a Kiev court and released from prison, where he was supposed to spend 13 years for shooting a woman in Donbass, today announced his desire to return to work in the Ukrainian Border Service.

He stated this on air on “112 Ukraine,” reports a “PolitNavigator” correspondent.
“I really want to return (to the service - ed.), I think it will be so - the question is when, I think, after all the lawsuits are over,” Kolmogorov said.
According to him, he was “pleasantly surprised” by the greeting of Petro Poroshenko, who praised the court for his release and called him a “hero.”
The border guard-killer also believes that almost all the evidence in the case against him was allegedly falsified.
“I believe that 90% of the evidence was falsified, we have evidence of this, we just don’t show it yet, because we don’t want to “spoil” our defense,” he said.
Kolmogorov added that the decisions of the first instance - the Mariupol Court - and the Court of Appeal were allegedly made with violations.
“Of course, I am 100 percent sure, even 200 percent. There were violations, they were recorded, both in the court of first instance and in the appellate court,” he said.
According to him, while the defense is preparing for legal procedures, “therefore we are not yet ready to comment on what kind of evidence was falsified.”
Kolmogorov added that he considered it his duty to carry out the commander’s order to shoot the woman.
“If I had not followed this order, then, as far as I remember, I would have faced 8 years,” he added.
Let us recall that on November 7, the Supreme Special Court released border guard Kolmogorov from custody and sent the said criminal proceedings for a new trial.
